Structure & Ethos: Continuity for Cutera Australia and New Zealand

Welcome to the first edition of our new CUTERA ANZ Connection newsletter, designed to help keep all our customers and followers in Australia up to date with our latest corporate and regional news. We are committed to continue with this new initiative and to help keep you informed. As communicated previously, our objective for 2021 and beyond is to continue to evolve our current organisation & our vision for CUTERA ANZ is that we are universally recognised as the leading manufacturer and provider of aesthetic technology across all ANZ markets. We want our post-purchase support and customer engagement to match the unquestionable quality and performance of our aesthetic devices.

At CUTERA, we develop new and innovative solutions that give medical aesthetic professionals the power to adapt, evolve, and stay at the forefront of their field so that they can deliver true patient satisfaction. Ideating, exploring, designing, testing, and developing new solutions is the foundation of our process that has created truly one-of-a-kind devices. CUTERA is committed to providing world class customer service to you – our partners, as we have recently invested in growing our team to provide post-purchase support and customer engagement to match the unquestionable quality and performance of our aesthetic devices.

Although relatively new to the world of aesthetics, Brett has a proven track record in building high performing teams, businesses, and cultures across multiple industries. Brett has been a senior leader with Global entities such as Pfizer and Alcon before joining CUTERA 4yrs ago. Through his strong leadership and ability to identify, attract and retain key talent, Brett has transformed CUTERA ANZ into a world leading, customer centric organization focused on developing mutually rewarding and sustainable partnerships with customers through CUTERA’s advanced technology and premium customer support.  

 
1. People & passion

We continue to focus our efforts on our people to ensure we attract the best and most diverse talent which continues to make CUTERA ANZ a great place to work and enables us to better support our loyal customers.

2. Post-Purchase Customer Support

We have further invested in supporting our customers and have expanded our team to reflect this long-term commitment. We have recently invested in 3 x new Business Development Managers and an additional Training Manager to ensure our customers receive world-class support to help them deliver the best patient outcomes and generate profits from every CUTERA system.

BRETT ELLIOTT

GENERAL MANAGER – AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

Although relatively new to the world of aesthetics, Brett has a proven track record in building high performing teams, businesses, and cultures across multiple industries. Millicent Fox

Business Development Manager - NSW/WA/NZ

Millicent has recently joined the Cutera team following 10 years’ experience in the medical industry, with the last 3 in Aesthetics. Her BSc installed a love for science and an MBA established commercial insights which resulted in the perfect confluence of Aesthetic Business Development Manager. Across her roles in Specialists-sales, Clinical Training and Account Management positions approaches every client wholistically to provide tailored support. She is driven by building relationships with clients, developing organizational management and helping clients achieve their business goals. If not working, is either at the beach, at the farm or margarita in the sun.  

Marie Wright

Business Development Manager at Cutera - VIC / SA / TAS

With over 15 years experience within health, beauty and aesthetic medicine, Marie brings a diverse knowledge of the industry which has allowed her to bring expertise to different facets of the businesses she works with.  Having a knowledge of the different roles within the medical industry allows her to work effectively with each group, gaining rapport and a willingness to work together for a common goal.  She has a real passion for education and helping give staff the tools they need to confidently promote their services.  When not at work, you will find Marie at home with her foster kittens, getting them confident for adoption.

Jackson Cheep

Business Development Manager - QLD & NT

Jackson has over 8 years experience in sales and Key Account Management, he prides himself on building strong relationships, networking, and understand the market place to therefore build a strong partnerships between his customers and Cutera.

He’s last experience he was the National Account Manager in a start-up company called Skip App, he launched the technology to the Australian market, which is now the market leader in this space. He is a Geelong Cats supporter and idolises John Mayer.

Kristie Norton

Clinical Training Manager

With over 10 years’ experience within the Medical Aesthetics field, Kristie has worked alongside world-class leaders, including pioneering Dermatologists from across the Globe. Her entire career has been focused on using Laser and Light technologies within clinical settings.

Using her wealth of experience, Kristie progressed into an educational role 6 years ago and has since been established with Capital Equipment global market leaders; providing comprehensive training with a passionate, dedicated and patient manner. Kristie has more recently become a part of the Cutera Team.
