New to the aesthetics space, she is a dedicated, innovative and business leading professional making significant contributions to building the CUTERA ANZ brand.

Helen has a strong interest and knowledge in the digital space, gained by working alongside industry-leading organisations in her previous roles. She is an experienced leader, known for her ability to drive growth and build strong teams, which will be instrumental in her role leading CUTERA ANZ’s marketing efforts and helping the company to continue to be a leader in the field.

Emma is a dedicated and enthusiastic Meetings & Events Manager & Operations Project Lead with over 20 years’ experience across the pharmaceutical, major events, hospitality, and travel industries. With exceptional consultation skills to lead people and projects, Emma approaches her work with a process improvement mindset.

Operationally focused on successful implementation of policies, procedures and systems to enhance operations with an excellent ability to multi task and provide exceptional customer experience. 

Strong organisational, planning and execution skills have helped her achieve a collection of highly successful projects and meetings & events.

Alanna is an experienced Dermal Clinician. She completed her Diploma of Beauty Therapy and Bachelor of Dermal Science at Victorian University. Since completing her studies she has gained over 5 years of experience working alongside leading doctors in both cosmetic and dermatology settings. Alanna has since joined Cutera as our Melbourne based Clinical Training Manager. In this role she trains and mentors Beauty Therapists, Dermal Clinicians, Nurses and Doctors on how to safely and effectively utilise Cutera Devices.

I am a versatile, self-motivated individual that takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service, with over 6 years experience providing in clinic operational management and support.

My hardworking dedicated approach to work, combined with strong organisational skills and excellent consultation and listening skills, allow me to provide each and every customer the individual support and guidance they need to be successful. My well-rounded experience in Retail, Hospitality and Events allows me to bring a different perspective with a strong focus on customer experience.

Currently resides in Sydney with her husband and children.

Martin joined the Cutera team in May 2018, bringing a wealth of experience from a diverse range of industries. He is a highly qualified business professional with over 10 years’ experience in sales and business management. He’s previous experience in various roles allows him to make effective recommendations to clinics on how to maximise their return on investment.

Since joining Cutera ANZ Martin has held several leadership roles within the business and brings a lot of value to our Cutera team.

Jay has a passion for dealing with clients and finding solutions to evolve, grow and begin their aesthetic business. His strengths involve building strong and genuine partnerships with clients from all backgrounds and clinics. Jay has developed hundreds of very successful relationships based on the integral approach he takes in recommending the right product on an individual basis. Jay also a board member for a non-for-profit charity.

Richard has a passion for creating sustainable partnerships and delivering exceptional customer service; with 15 years’ experience in sales management and relationship building he took the leap into Aesthetics with Cutera in December 2018. Richard’s drive to find the best solution for all customers ensures their business is always elevated as the highest priority. Having recently been included in the Cutera President’s Club.

He is currently undertaking additional study in the field of Aesthetics through Grayclay College.

Sarah has over a decade of invaluable experience in the aesthetics industry, honing her skills while working in various aesthetic clinics. Her unwavering dedication towards patient care has led her to develop a keen interest in utilising advanced aesthetic devices to address her patients’ concerns. Her extensive knowledge spans across an array of technologies, including lasers, skin tightening, and body sculpting devices.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Sarah’s passion for animal welfare is evident through her love for her two Chihuahuas, which she enjoys taking on exciting adventures with her partner during weekends. She also enjoys experimenting with plant-based versions of traditional meals, always striving to make them the best they can be, and eagerly convincing her partner to try them out.

Chrys has over 10 years’ experience working in Medical Aesthetics. She completed her Bachelor of Health Science in Dermal Therapies and worked with renowned dermatologists and plastic surgeons, helping to grow their business. As a business development and territory sales manager for skincare products and medical devices, Chrys exceeded customer expectations and drove business growth. Chrys is also a sessional Lecturer at Victoria University, mentoring the next generation of Dermal Clinicians.

Recently, Chrys served as a state trainer and sales manager for a medical device company, collaborating with various medical practitioners to provide exceptional guidance and support. With her extensive knowledge of selecting the most suitable medical lasers for clinics and her commitment to building long-lasting relationships, you can rely on her unwavering dedication to excellence to help you achieve your desired outcomes.

Brody is a skilled and motivated professional with a talent for building relationships. He’s got a wealth of experience working across multiple industries, offering his expertise in product sales and advice. His academic background in Medical Science has equipped him with a solid understanding of medical technology and clinical requirements. This unique combination of skills enables Brody to provide his clients in the medical aesthetics industry with tailored solutions that address their needs.

Paul Larsen is an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record of success in territory management, account management, and new business development. He is passionate about the customer journey and dedicated to supporting customers every step of the way. One of his strengths is building strong and genuine partnerships with clients from all backgrounds.

He brings a wealth of experience from various industries, including real estate and events management, to his current role as Area Sales Manager at Cutera New Zealand. Passionate about his work, Paul is committed to utilising his skills and experience.

With over 15 years experience within health, beauty and aesthetic medicine, Marie brings a diverse knowledge of the industry which has allowed her to bring expertise to different facets of the businesses she works with.  Having a knowledge of the different roles within the medical industry allows her to work effectively with each group, gaining rapport and a willingness to work together for a common goal.  She has a real passion for education and helping give staff the tools they need to confidently promote their services.  When not at work, you will find Marie at home with her foster kittens, getting them confident for adoption.

Jackson has over 8 years experience in sales and Key Account Management, he prides himself on building strong relationships, networking, and understand the market place to therefore build a strong partnerships between his customers and Cutera.

He’s last experience he was the National Account Manager in a start-up company called Skip App, he launched the technology to the Australian market, which is now the market leader in this space. He is a Geelong Cats supporter and idolises John Mayer.

Paul has worked across a broad range of industries gaining 37 year’s experience in the technical service field with exposure to a variety of operational responsibilities. The last 23 years, Paul has been involved in service engineering and service management roles with multinational medical technology and pharmaceutical companies before joining the CUTERA team in early 2018.

An excellent communicator supporting internal and external customers, Paul’s primary focus is to build strong customer partnerships. Paul relishes seeing the service team provide fast resolutions for our customers as they build their business.

Paul & family live in Sydney and enjoy the outdoor lifestyle of the southern Sydney area.

With my Technical background spanning over 35 years which began in the Australian Defense Force in the 1980’s, I have gained experience across many industries including Photographic, Medical Imaging and Seismic Survey.

Aa a company owner and director of a family business for 10 years I also have an appreciation of the challenges facing small business operators.

I have been with Cutera for 7 ½ years and I am privileged to lead a team of the most professional technical staff in our industry.

Originally from Sydney I now reside in Queensland on the Sunshine Coast with my wife and son.

I am an Electrical Engineer with a degree from the University of Technology, Sydney. I joined the Cutera team in January 2022 as a Field Service Engineer based in Queensland, having moved from the NSW Mid North Coast to take on this opportunity.

Taking pride in my problem solving & solution driven aptitude, along with my Electronic, Electrical & Mechanical skills, I bring with me over 30 years of technical, service, engineering & management experience from multiple industry sectors & roles in the video/broadcast, photographic, security, medical, manufacturing & mining industries.

Passionate Mechatronics Engineer with over 16 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Robotics and Laser industries.

Always willing to put forth the effort required to achieve superior results in various engineering processes involving repair, maintenance, installation, calibration, retrofitting, upgrading, and contract management.

With a dedicated, organized, detail oriented, and reliable approach this has helped me to achieve a very satisfied customer base in Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.

Currently, resides in Melbourne with my wife and son.

I currently work as a part time and backup field service engineer for Cutera. I have been working with Cutera Australia for 13 years.  Received outstanding achievement price in year 2003. I have over 20 years of experience with medical lasers including dermatology, ophthalmology, dental, urology laser and other medical devices from some major companies in US and Europe.

I am customer focused, fast acting person.  Working hard and high efficiency in a timely manner always helped me to achieve successful.

Currently resides in Melbourne work with Cutera FSE team.

I do a lot of running, hiking at my leisure time and play ukulele.

A customer and detail focused Field Technician with 15 years’ experience in field repair of electrical and electro mechanical equipment. Extensive expertise in coordinating and scheduling repairs with clients and colleagues. A proven ability to develop strong relationships with clients.

I enjoy the challenges that come with problem solving and fault finding and feel a great sense of satisfaction when a device is fixed successfully.
