CONNECTION

ANZ NEWSLETTER / ISSUE 4

CUTERA ANZ enjoyed a number of highlights during the past quarter that I’d like to share with you in this edition of CUTERA CONNECTION.

I am proud to report that, over the weekend of May 6-8, my amazing team delivered the biggest and most successful CUTERA University Clinical Forum (CUCF) to date, hosting more than 300 delegates at the Sofitel Hotel on Sydney’s vibrant Darling Harbour. CUCF 2022’s presenter faculty featured leading names in medical aesthetics from both the US and Australia, supported by a host of incredible clinicians who gave their time to deliver insightful sessions on a wide variety of topics.

We were fortunate to have the event moderated by leading Dermatologist Dr Ashish Bhatia from Chicago and Facial Plastic Surgeon Michael Somenek from Washington, as well as two of Australia’s leading Dermatologists in Professor Greg Goodman from Melbourne and Dr Shobhan Manoharan from Brisbane. Feedback from attendees confirmed that the inclusion of such high calibre speakers enabled us to deliver an incredible program tailored to the needs of you, our CUTERA community.

CUTERA ANZ is dedicated to investing heavily in the education of medical aesthetics professionals, in order to both improve patient care, and cut through any confusion that clinicians may experience when looking to invest in new technology for their clinics.

In this vein, CUTERA also invested in bringing Dr Tahl Humes over from Colorado in the US to speak at NSS on the Gold Coast in June. Dr Humes presented on the technology and incredible results she is achieving with truBody’s cutting edge non-invasive body contouring treatments truSculpt iD and truSculpt flex, and also introduced delegates to CUTERA’s game-changing new ACNE treatment, AviClear, which truly signals exciting times ahead for acne sufferers across ANZ.

In addition to our achievements in the education space, I am also extremely pleased to report that CUTERA experienced unprecedented sales of our flagship excel V+ system in the past quarter. As discussed at CUCF, V is for versatile and + is for performance. The excel V+ continues to be an amazing investment for dermatologists and clinics across Australia and New Zealand due to its effectiveness, safety profile, ease of use and predictable and repeatable outcomes across a range of skin types and vascular concerns.

The second half of 2022 looks very healthy for CUTERA ANZ, as we continue to recruit additional team members to support our customers and roll out a variety of marketing and educational initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. Stay tuned for what’s next and thank you for your ongoing support – we do not take it for granted.
